Charleston SC in Top Five to Retire

Note that this information is outdated.

The American Association of Retired People engaged a team of researchers to come determine the cheapest states to live in as a retiree, based on income, property, and sales taxes. Las Cruces, New Mexico; Charleston, South Carolina; Behoboth Beach, Delaware; Memphis, Tennessee; and St. George, Utah. (Source: AARP Magazine)
