Charleston, Goose Creek, Summerville and Mount Pleasant South Carolina

Local Neighborhoods

Each neighborhood and community in the Lowcountry is unique in itself for various reasons and there are many new and established residential developments and neighborhoods in all price ranges. It is impossible for me to list the hundreds of neighborhoods and sub-divisions so I will review my favorites and some of the more popular. If the development makes my list it is decent and of fair value. I try not to present or promote anything unless it offers fair value to the consumer. As a consumer advocate and dedicated buyer agent I advise all my clients on their best interest concerning purchases.  (Copyright Protected)

PARK WEST: Located in Mt Pleasant in what we call the East Cooper area. Park West is one of my favorites. This 1,700-acre, Lowcountry retreat calls you to make your home where your heart is. Lying only minutes from the ocean, bounded by five-and-a-half miles of riverfront, deep-water tidal creeks and other grand amenities, Park West looks like a sophisticated resort. But it's much more than that, it's a place you and your family can call home. Over a dozen unique neighborhoods populate the Park West community. New homes and resale's ranging in price from $250,000 to over $1,000,000 with waterfront, marsh view and wooded home sites.

Each Park West neighborhood has its own special character, architectural style and price range. Several approved builders are available to work with you to choose the perfect lot and house plan. Or, you can elect to see an existing resale or spec home and move in immediately. You'll be charmed by Park West's friendly neighborhoods, traditional Lowcountry styles and scrupulous attention to details. Exacting standards strictly controls development. Nothing has been left to chance, from an on-staff environmentalist who helps preserve and protect nature, to the architects, landscapers and designers dedicated to keeping Park West a community of incomparable beauty.
